One in two men would be willing to forgive an infidelity ...

This is the result of a study conducted by the University of Texas and published in the journal Personality and Individual Differences.
The study found that men prefer their wives to cheat with ... a woman!
"Men are twice as likely to continue a relationship if they have been cheated with a woman rather than another man," the study said.
To perform their study, researchers at the University of Texas Austin have used a sample of 718 students who had to live as if a romantic relationship lasting.
"A robust mechanism of jealousy is present in both men and women manifests itself in different ways. In men, it is manifested by a threat of paternity and a fear of abandonment in women, "says Jaime C. the principal author of the study, a doctoral candidate in evolutionary psychology.
One in two men is willing to stay if torque is deceived by a woman. Case of infidelity with a man, the percentage drops to 2 in 10 men.
In women, the results are the opposite. Thus, they are 28% to forgive an infidelity of their man with another woman, and only 21% to remain as a couple if their boyfriend has cheated with another man.
