Konami has officially unveiled the existence of its eighth installment in the Silent Hill series by delivering the first images of the track called Silent Hill Downpour.
Planned for PS3 and Xbox 360, this new episode we could see during the last E3, recount the fantastic adventures of Murphy Pendleton failed in the world of evil and foggy Silent Hill after having survived the bus crash in prison which he was imprisoned. Konami states that this time, the game will offer a more extensive but no less claustrophobic, with detailed scenery and a city of diverse neighborhoods, like the dining car and the Devil's Pit. Scheduled for release in fall 2011 on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, the soundtrack is composed by Daniel Licht, known for his work on the series Dexter.
