Antonin Decarie won his fight against Shamone Alvarez

The Quebecers Antonin Decarie won his fight against the American Shamone Alvarez on Friday night at the Bell Centre as part of the gala "Fast and Furious II '.Decarie (25-1-0) won by unanimous decision in the main battle against Alvarez (21-4-0). Laval received the cards 97-91, 99-89 and 98-90 in his favor from the three judges, after delivering one of the best performances of his career.
Dan was forced to stop fighting after inflicting a deep laceration to the left eyebrow of the American.

Earlier in the evening, Kevin Bizier (14-0, 10 KOs) won his biggest battle since the beginning of his career by sending Edgar "Dandy" Ruiz to the canvas in the first round.

Ruiz (21-9-1, 13 KOs), who is aged 37, is a professional boxer for nearly 20 years. He was champion welterweight of NABO in the late 1990s and super-welterweight WBC Latino last year has already crossed swords with great boxers such as Corey Spinks, Vernon Forest and Carlos Manuel Baldomir.

For his part, Oscar Rivas has triumphed in his first professional fight against David Whittom.
