General Motors sold more cars in China than the U.S. in 2010

The U.S. carmaker General Motors (GM) sold more cars in China than the United States last year, according to a press release reporting its annual sales released this morning. 
Last year, China was still the second largest market for GM, while the U.S. was always in the forefront. 
GM sold nearly 2.4 million vehicles in China last year, an increase of 28.8% compared to last year. United States, the manufacturer has sold a little over 2.2 million cars, representing an increase of 6.3%.
Over the full year, sales at GM rose 12.2%, with the delivery of nearly 8.4 million vehicles.

Canada is the sixth largest market for GM, behind Brazil, the United Kingdom and Germany, with 247,104 deliveries.
